Cort Guitars
Cort guitars, based in North Brook, Illinois, distributes guitars made in Korea. Jack Westheimer set up business connections with Japanese guitar makers and some of the brands that Westheimer is associated with were Teisco, Cortez, Pearl, Silvertone, Kingston, Cort and many others. In 1973 Westheimer founded the Yoo-Ah company which would eventually be called Cor-Tek which manufactures Cort branded guitars.
